There is a demonstration against the closure of the Villaputzu iron bridge, students are invited to participate: their absence will be excused.

The circular from the director of the Einaudi-Bruno di Muravera upper secondary education institute, Mario Secchi, is a call to the procession. The principal decided to support the protest called by the mayor Sandro Porcu, after the issuing of the ordinance of the province of Southern Sardinia which for months prohibited access to the infrastructure connecting the towns of Sarrabus.

The students of its schools, if resident in Villaputzu, are exempt from showing up for lessons: they will only have to communicate on the electronic register their participation in the demonstration on 11 December (with a rally in front of the Town Hall at 11.30). The others will be able to leave earlier, at 10.15am, "to reach the meeting place independently". For minors, parental release is required. The principal invites all off-duty staff to participate in the protest.

The measure was taken following a request from the mayor because, explains Secchi , the closure of the bridge over the Flumendosa entails «serious repercussions on our territory», we read in the circular.
