Traces of blood and other biological elements that will be examined further by experts were found on the clothes Manuela Murgia was wearing on the day she was found lifeless in the Tuvixeddu canyon, on February 4, 1995. Yesterday, the RIS investigations focused on the sweater and a jacket.

The clothing analysis could be concluded today, and then the genetic profiles will be classified and compared. Eleven items were recovered: an elastic hair clip, a bra, a piece of belt, a sweater, a pair of leather boots, a jacket, a pair of leggings, socks, jeans, underwear, and the bag containing them.

The examination of the intimate

Initial tests were performed on the sixteen-year-old's underwear, looking for biological elements: specific tests were negative, although there are various organic traces still to be examined.
