The accounts of the Villacidro Industrial Consortium were seized for "10 million and 112 thousand euros" for the credits claimed by Keller, the Villacidro railway carriage company that went bankrupt in 2014 with 81 million euros in debt.

On July 2, a few days after the bankruptcy conviction of three directors of the former wagon factory, the official communication to the Consortium was made via the "deed of seizure for the Keller bankruptcy".

The president of the institution, Enrico Caboni, wrote to the Region, Province, Municipality and Prefecture.
