Francesco Pinna, 18 years old and on his second day of work as a lifeguard, did not hesitate to dive after the 51-year-old fell into the water and was unable to get up again.
Giorgio Menna, 38, died in a fire at a house in Barrabisa, possibly triggered by a short circuit. His two young children, who raised the alarm, were rescued.
Luigi Puliga: "He's a resident, he left behind papers with personal information, we'll trace him. He left behind items that the door-to-door service would have easily picked up from his home."
The victim is a 54-year-old man, he managed to save the children from the mercy of the waves that had pushed them out to sea, then he collapsed on the shoreline
