"The small boat has not been found": a formula that had become almost a ritual on the occasion of the most recent official communications on the arrivals of migrants on the south-western coasts of Sardinia. The latest discovery by the Fiamme Gialle of the Air and Naval Operations Department of Cagliari explains why or, in any case, reveals the reasons for part of the phenomenon: the foreigners were arriving aboard boats which unloaded them near the shore and then set course again towards North Africa.

As the fishing boat stopped by the financiers in front of Cala Cipolla should have done: on board there was so much fuel to guarantee safe arrival on the island and return to Tunisia, once the "human cargo" that he had paid for had disembarked carry out the route. But the engine broke down: there were eighteen above. Three tried to join the group, but were identified as smugglers, accused of aiding and abetting illegal immigration and taken to Uta prison.

"The disembarkation", let Roan know, "was carried out by adopting a very different methodology compared to that observed in recent years on the occasion of irregular arrivals towards the southern coasts of the Sardinian island, generally carried out using dilapidated and dangerous boats of a few meters with small outboard motors, conducted by the migrants themselves".
