Strong fist of the Municipality of Cagliari against defaulters at the San Benedetto market. Anyone who does not pay, despite reminders, will be evicted. At the cost of resorting to "public force".

The story is reconstructed in the determination of the manager of the Markets service, Alessandro Cossa. The concessionaire of a box in the fish sector must pay 3,264.40 euros: 1,790.17 for fees from February to November 2022 and 1,474.23 for a fine that had been imposed on him in recent days.

The fishmonger, who has been working in that space since 2020, had already been warned with a warning sent in September. Since then, according to what is reported in the Municipality deed, he has done nothing to comply.

Now comes the punishment, severe. Immediate revocation of the concession: the box must be vacated within five days. Otherwise, "the assets that are part of the public domain will be protected in an administrative way, making use of the public force, where necessary, as well as by any means necessary

to make the property free from people or things".
