A 9-year-old girl, positive for Covid and in danger of life, was transferred from Sardinia to Fiumicino with an Air Force flight.

The little girl, who had severe respiratory insufficiency, was loaded on board an ambulance on a C-130J of the 46th Pisa Air Brigade which left Cagliari Elmas. During the trip, with the medical team and a parent, she was monitored and assisted in her breathing and, upon arrival at Fiumicino airport, she was taken to the "Bambino Gesù" pediatric hospital in Palidoro, near Rome, for necessary care.
