Carloforte, tries to fish out the sea urchins that the Forestry Corps had made him throw into the sea: double penalty

He illegally caught sea urchins. And when he was caught he tried to fish them out.

For this reason , a diver was sanctioned twice by a patrol of the Forestry Corps belonging to the Naval Base of Sant'Antioco , which surprised him while he was fishing for the first time in shallow water in the La Punta - Tonnara area of Carloforte.

As soon as he came out of the water and approached the car, the man was approached by the officers and found in possession of a basket containing 143 freshly harvested sea urchins, in defiance of the absolute ban.

After an initial protest, the still alive urchins were immediately thrown back into the sea. It seemed to have ended there and instead, after a short while, the patrol surprised him again in the same place while he was trying to recover the urchins he had just released into the water . Hence a new sanction, with the aggravating circumstance of recidivism.
