For two years he blackmailed his ex-girlfriend, who was a minor at the time, forcing her to send him intimate photos and threatening to spread the images and beat up her new partner. He even forced her to call him "master", emerges from the chats .

The facts date back to the period between 2017 and 2019, now the young man, a 26-year-old from Olbia, will go to trial . Sexual violence, sextortion and possession of child pornography are the charges against which he must defend himself. But the panel of judges of the Tempio court postponed the trial at the request of the prosecutor Mauro Lavra, who must evaluate a possible reformulation of the charges in light of the new rules.

The 26-year-old, who no longer lives in Italy, was reported by the victim's new boyfriend, who went to the police and explained that she was terrified of her ex and was also afraid of filing a complaint.

The investigations were entrusted to the DDA and the Sassari postal police, who searched the young man's house and found the offending photos, videos and messages on his smartphone . The 26-year-old was banned from approaching his ex and her family.

At the trial the girl, declared unfit to appear in court, joined the civil action with the lawyer Brunilde Sanna Mucaj , while the accused, defended by Franco Sechi , did not appear before the judges because he does not currently reside in Italy. The hearings will resume in December.
