Assemini, a boy of two and a half years, faints in the park: the carabinieri save his life

Those lived in Assemini were moments of terror where an unconscious child was saved thanks to the intervention of the carabinieri.
Yesterday afternoon the station soldiers heard screams coming from the park in front of the barracks, they immediately went to check and found a two and a half year old boy of Nigerian origin on the ground, unconscious , with his mother beside him. A passer-by had already intervened trying to provide first aid.
One of the carabinieri decided to carry out the cardiopulmonary resuscitation maneuvers , which he knew, thus allowing the child to partially regain consciousness. Meanwhile, the station commander was in contact with the emergency number 118: on the phone the doctor on duty indicated the gestures to be performed so as to keep the little boy alert and conscious until the ambulance arrived.
Finally, the transport to the Brotzu hospital in the pediatric ward, where he is hospitalized.
