Tempio, slaps a bar customer and then hits the police: arrested

A 50-year-old man from Tempio Pausania was arrested by the Carabinieri on charges of resisting a public official and causing injuries.

According to the documents sent to the prosecutor on duty, the arrested person slapped a customer of a bar, a pensioner who had the misfortune of being in the club at the wrong time.

The intervention of the Carabinieri was then requested in the room, at the Tempio exit on the road to Oschiri.

At the sight of the military, the man went into a rage and physically opposed the checks. Appearing before the judge for the validation of the detention, the measure of precautionary custody in prison was ordered for the man, defended by the lawyer Edi Baldino.
