"For days I have been discussing with Minister Valditara to acquit the teacher who in Sardinia tried to teach her young students the Ave Maria and the Our Father".

The Undersecretary for Culture Vittorio Sgarbi does not give up, who in recent days was in Sardinia and had met Marisa Francescangeli, the teacher of San Vero Milis who was suspended and ended up at the center of the media storm.

Today Sgarbi was at Fiumicino airport, at the inauguration of the new boarding area of Terminal 1, which has reopened to completely renovated passenger transit and which, for the occasion, also saw the extraordinary presence of the Salvator Mundi bust celebrated by Giovan Lorenzo Bernini.

He took the opportunity to return to the Sardinian affair, on which the Minister of Education has already decided not to intervene, "and if I don't do it, there's a reason," underlined Valditara, suggesting that the teacher's "fault" is not it's just an Ave Maria. For Sgarbi "it may be that the teacher abused, but any abuse in the name of God is right".
