On June 4th he ended up in prison on charges of having attempted a robbery in Olbia and of being the author, together with an accomplice, of at least four car fires that in recent months have inflamed Siniscola .

On Friday, the Carabinieri of the Siniscola Company notified Dario Tuveri in prison of a new precautionary measure , issued by the investigating judge of the Court of Nuoro at the request of the Public Prosecutor's Office.

The order is the result of a detailed investigation started by the Carabinieri Norm in November 2024, which allowed them to collect serious evidence against the suspect. According to what was reconstructed by the investigators, around 8:00 pm on 7 November 2024 Tuveri, with his face covered, entered a CB supermarket in via Barbagia in Siniscola. Armed with a gun, he threatened a cashier and then stole the takings of approximately 540 euros , fleeing on foot into the dark alleys of the area.

The investigations, complex due to the caution adopted by the perpetrator - who acted without leaving footprints and moving on foot in areas not covered by video surveillance - have nevertheless led to a solid circumstantial framework. Fundamental was the finding, at the time of the arrest, of 28 cartridges compatible with the weapon used in the robbery and some clothing attributable to the episode .

The new ordinance is part of a broader context of anti-crime activities carried out by the military of the Siniscola Company. On June 4, in fact, the same Carabinieri had arrested two adults from Siniscola, investigated on various counts for attempted robbery, arson and stalking.
