" Life imprisonment with daytime solitary confinement for four months ": this is the sentence imposed by the Court of Assizes of Cagliari on the 35-year-old Andrea Pinna , accused of premeditated voluntary murder and the concealment of the corpse of Fabio Serventi , 24, who disappeared on the 21st March 2020 by Perdaxius .

The body has never been found , despite the many searches carried out by the carabinieri.

According to the public prosecutor Rossana Allievi , who had asked for the maximum sentence, it was the defendant who killed the boy , making his body disappear.

At the origin of the murder there would be a debt for drugs not paid by the young man, but the principal and the alleged accomplices have never been identified and prosecuted.

The court presided over by judge Giovanni Massidda also ordered a provision of 220 thousand euros for family members.

After the reading of the sentence, the accused , defended by the lawyer Teresa Camoglio, sat down in despair .

The family members were in civil action with the lawyers Patrizio Rovelli and Fabrizio Rubiu.
