Six quintals of sea bass and sea bream , fregula with blue crabs and a good glass of wine were the stars of the show on Saturday evening in San Priamo for the eighth edition of the “Su pisci arrustu” festival.

Countless tourists gathered in Piazza Sant'Andrea, making the festival a huge success.

"By now," explained Borgate Councilor Gian Piero Cuccu and one of the main organizers, "along with the Sa Pratzida and Goat Meat Festivals held on the last Saturday of July, this is one of the main gastronomic events of the summer in San Vito. Thanks to the Bidde Maiori association and the many volunteers."

The fish is fresh and delicious from the Sarrabus lagoons, thanks to a partnership with the Feraxi fishermen's cooperative. After a seafood dinner, enjoy music and dancing for an evening reminiscent of times gone by.
