Maxi competition for nurses frozen by the TAR in Sardinia

The TAR freezes the maxi competition for the hiring of 118 nurses announced by Ares.

There were over 1700 members, just over 1,100 participated, the first selection through a written test was passed by 448 candidates. But many excluded people appealed and, pending the decision on the merits, the procedure was suspended by the administrative judges.

The appellants turned to lawyers Umberto Cossu and Corrado Maxia. They contest the "decision of the examining commission to require candidates to take the written test using multiple choice questions, despite the fact that the notice provided that the test itself had to consist "in the development of a theme or in the solution of questions with a concise answer on related topics the specific professional profile", establishing a "structured test based on a series of multiple choice questions" only for the pre-selection test".

The second part of the tests was scheduled to start from December 15th. But the TAR will not be able to rule before the hearing scheduled for January 10th. The continuation of the procedure according to the established times, for the judges, would be "capable of very seriously jeopardizing the interest pursued by the appellants". The decree issued by the TAR prohibits "Ares from continuing to carry out the practical and oral competition tests". Waiting for the final decision.
