Loses orientation in the mountains of Monti, motorcyclist saved

Rescued late yesterday afternoon, shortly after 17:30, in the mountains of Monti , where a young man on a motorcycle lost his bearings .

On the spot the intervention of a fire brigade helicopter departed from the Alghero-Fertilia base, which tracked down the victim and then transferred to a safe area.

Once quenched his thirst and after checks on his good physical condition, the young man was taken to the Monti sports field where, with roadside assistance, the recovery of the vehicle was arranged .
