It rains heavily, flooding in Orosei

Flooded roads and intervention by the Nuoro and Siniscola Fire Brigade this afternoon around 4.30pm when a violent downpour hit Orosei .

The violence of the rain, perhaps with the complicity of some not perfectly cleared drains, caused flooding in via Tiziano, via Ballero and via San Francesco, but no major problems are reported, if not some flooding in the basements.

When the rain stopped falling, the situation returned to normal.
