The technicians of the Alpine and Speleological Rescue of Sardinia recovered the woman who was injured yesterday afternoon while, with a group of friends, she was hiking in the locality of Sa Trona in Escalaplano .

The 41-year-old from Sanluri fell and due to a probable shoulder injury she was no longer able to continue. The request for intervention arrived at the 118 operations center and the Alpine Rescue team with the technicians of the Cagliari station reached the place along a path.

Having verified the hiker's health conditions, she was accompanied to the paved road, more than 5 km away, where the ambulance of the PA Croce Verde of Escalaplano was waiting for her, which then transferred her to the emergency room of the capital .
