"I'm a policeman, I'm part of the Arma": this is the sentence that cost a 33-year-old Roman tourist a double criminal charge.

The man is not a soldier and was reported to the Prosecutor of Tempio for an episode that took place in the splendid inlet of Cala Coticcio, in Caprera. The staff of the Forestry Corps has identified the tourist in an area classified as an area of significant naturalistic interest and high protection, access is allowed only with a guide and is limited.

The man, who did not leave the sight of the Forestry Corps personnel, declared that he was a soldier of the Arma.

After the checks he was denounced for the false attestations and for accessing the protected area . The defender, the lawyer Alberto Sechi, after the first notifications from the prosecutor's office, did not want to make any statements.
