The Government, through the Minister of Health Schillaci, is preparing a decree to reduce waiting lists, while the regional councilor Bartolazzi will be heard tomorrow in the Health commission of the regional council. A meeting with proposals and strategies at the center to give birth to a strategic plan to take action.
But the waiting lists (107 days for a cardiology visit, for example) are not the only issue: from the emergency departments, in fact, another alarm comes in view of the summer: «Too many patients and few doctors."
