Another raid at the stadium in Piazza Cagliari in Porto Torres, targeted by vandals on the night between Sunday 29 and Monday 30 June. The hooligans followed the same procedure as the first raid, which took place some time ago, breaking down the wall of the bar with pickaxes to gain access to the small premises and steal food and drinks.

To facilitate entry, they used a screwdriver to remove the grate and open the door. Some cans with bags of chips were scattered on the athletics track, inside the premises were ransacked.

The vandals were able to act freely without the watchful eye of the cameras , indispensable tools in sports facilities but subject to redevelopment interventions .

For the management of Porto Torres Calcio, users of the fields, another low blow, in a structure that suffers yet another raid. "Once the fields have been renovated and the new sports facilities have been built, - underlines Antonello Cabitta, president of the municipal Sports commission - we will ask the new concessionaires to set up video surveillance systems so as to preserve the sports equipment and guarantee greater security for the facilities".
