Construction sites for Oss in Sardinian hospitals, the councilor's live broadcast does not quell the controversy

The Region activates the employment sites to give work to the Oss (fixed term for eight months), waiting for the ASL to unblock the hiring capacity (apparently impossible, given the delays in the approval of the budgets) and to be able to draw from the rankings.
The regional councilor for labor, Desirè Manca, has decided to act with maximum transparency and has broadcast live this morning's meeting with representatives of Sardinia's social health workers , after the huge controversy sparked by her decision on active labor policies. In short: hospitals that need Oss will be able to draw from Aspal lists for recruitment. But in the meantime there is a ranking of over 2,000 workers who are waiting for a stable job, who fear being ousted: "It won't happen," assured Manca, "because, when they can, the ASL are obliged to call from the ranking. And if, for example, the ASL of Sassari needs 100 Oss, it will have to call 100. The construction sites are an additional tool: those who join can still be called, when it is possible."
A live broadcast, that of the councilor, that does not calm the controversy. Indeed: « Now we no longer have doubts, but only certainties: enough political games on the skin of the unemployed», attacks Fausto Piga from FdI, who continues: «If Councilor Desirè Manca wants to make a contribution to better healthcare, he has every right to do so, but it is desirable that he does so in an orderly manner and without approximation: it is truly curious that in healthcare, fixed-term Oss employment sites are being established on an experimental basis through employment centers without taking into account that for the same profile there are 2116 eligible candidates on the list: eligible candidates should not be discriminated against».
"Do you want to create an employment project at all costs?", continues the Melonian, "let's do it without political games, the requirement for access to the project must be merit".
"It didn't take a FB live to reassure the Oss in the ranking, but rather the confirmation of the vagueness of useless and harmful work sites arrived, for functions that the Councilor herself was unable to explain", claimed the regional coordinator of the League, Michele Pais, who was the first to criticize the work sites.
"Moreover, the assessor, in one of his passages", adds the former president of the Regional Council, " has spoken of extra services that the Oss construction sites would be aimed at, without explaining what these phantom extra projects are, compared to the typical tasks of the Oss, established by law. At this point it is not given to know whether he is referring to cooking or painting laboratories that, after the outburst of liquid nitrogen by his colleague to "cool the basins", would no longer create any surprise".
