The announcement comes late in the afternoon, after the indictment of its former directors. The entrepreneur and influencer Gianluca Vacchi, through one of his lawyers, Giampaolo Murrighile, makes it known that: «The money object of the embezzlements will be donated entirely to charity».

Vacchi has taken a civil action against Pietro Oliva and his wife Stefania Schirru , accused of having stolen around 900 thousand euros from his accounts. The entrepreneur aims to obtain compensation for the alleged damages suffered and the trial will begin in Tempio on September 12th. The couple, who had access to the entrepreneur's expense fund to manage his villas (Porto Cervo, Bologna and Miami) would have used approximately 22 thousand euros directly (we are talking, for example, of Sky subscriptions in the names of family members) and moved 888 thousand euros to other current accounts.

Pietro Oliva and Stefania Schirru, defended by Domenico Putzolu and Maria Caterina Pisano, not only deny having taken Vacchi's money, but have sued the entrepreneur before the Labor Judge of Bologna. They are asking for arrears, unused holidays and contributions for compensation of almost one million euros.
