In Sweden , clashes between far-right militants and the police continue.

The tension was triggered by a series of demonstrations following the anti-Islam actions promoted by "black" extremists, who burned a copy of the Koran and threatened to do so again.

In the city of Norrköping, the police reported that they had fired several warning shots and three people were injured by the rebound shots, ending up in the hospital, where they are guarded by officers, as "under arrest, suspects of crime".

Violence also took place in the Rosengrad neighborhood of Malmo, where police dispersed a crowd of demonstrators who had set a bus on fire. Right-wing extremists from the Stram Kurs (Hard Line) movement, led by extremist Rasmus Paludan, met in the city. Scuffles also on the outskirts of the capital Stockholm.

At least 16 police officers were reportedly injured and several police vehicles were destroyed in the course of the riots. The head of the Swedish national police, Anders Thornberg, stressed the brutality of the actions of the far right, whose actions have also been echoed outside the country's borders.

The Iraqi foreign ministry summoned the Swedish chargé d'affaires to Baghdad and warned that the affair could have "serious repercussions" on relations between Sweden and Muslim communities in general.
