Queen Elizabeth returns to be seen after the sensational forfeit at the institutional appointment of the Queen's Speech in the British Parliament , deserted days ago for the first time since 1963.

The sovereign, 96 years old and close to celebrating 70 years on the throne , has reappeared to attend the special edition of the Royal Windsor Horse Show, the traditional parade of the horses of the royal stable inserted among the celebrations of the Platinum Jubilee.

The event takes place in the park of Windsor Castle , just outside London, where Her Majesty has now resided permanently since the beginning of the pandemic. This is also probably why she was able to participate without problems, not being forced to undergo a trip.

Elizabeth II since October is now forced into a semi-isolation regime with very limited activities on the precautionary recommendation of doctors. At the end of February he had Covid and recently admitted to having "mobility problems".

In these days, on the advice of her doctors, she is particularly careful not to make any efforts since the key events of the Jubilee await her, scheduled between 2 and 5 June , which she certainly will not want to miss. The United Kingdom meanwhile goes crazy with the presentation of homages in series: from cars or various objects created in her honor for the occasion, to recipes of dishes and desserts designed as ad hoc tributes for her for the 70 years of reign.

Meanwhile, the heir to the throne, the 73-year-old Prince Charles , has multiplied the number of official commitments.
