The alleged crime, against unknown persons, is one of negligent assault. A new inspection of the premises was conducted yesterday. The woman, who was hospitalized after suffering a seizure, is reportedly in better condition.
According to an initial reconstruction, the attacker, upon returning home, found the mother in the company of another person. The violence escalated from there.
