The accident occurred on Via Po on Christmas Eve. The man, a 57-year-old from Pula, accompanied by a lawyer, went to the local police station on Via Crespellani.
The country is shocked by the death of Andrea Puddu. A fellow citizen has been registered with the Nuoro Prosecutor's Office on charges of manslaughter.
