The Northern League MEP returns to the controversy sparked by a video on social media and the announcement of a complaint to the Cagliari Prosecutor's Office by AIDAA.
The woman had appealed, then the Constitutional Court intervened and judged the prohibition and the article of the law to which the sanction referred to to be illegitimate.
