He could not approach the places frequented by a fifty-year-old from Vallermosa, but despite the ban - ordered by the Court of Cagliari - he still showed up at his house tonight. Hence the call to the emergency number 112, which led to the arrest of a thirty-nine-year-old homeless man originally from Rome.

The intervention of the Carabinieri was immediate, after the phone call of the fifty-year-old. The patrol, arriving in a few minutes on the spot in Vallermosa, found the thirty-nine-year-old inside the apartment : it was inevitable that the violation of the measure was ascertained and, consequently, the arrest.

At the end of the formal procedures, the arrested man was held in the holding cell of the Iglesias Carabinieri station awaiting the validation hearing with a direct trial.
