Sinnai, the redevelopment project of 40 social housing is underway

With an Area contribution of two million and 226 thousand euros , the municipal administration of Sinnai is preparing to recover 40 apartments in the locality between via Bellavista and via Cirrionis .

The town hall commissioned a temporary grouping of professionals for the recovery of buildings, surrounding streets and a green area of 356 square meters to study the project, activating a process of cultural and social transformation through the sharing of common spaces. Now the start of the works.

During the first phase of the works, the focus will be on the arrangement of the roads, the reconstruction of the sidewalks , the maintenance of the cycle paths , the redevelopment of the green area , the construction of public lighting systems with the installation of LED lights, the rearrangement of the track . of skating and the stabilization of the escarpment in the adjacent via Firenze, which will be grassed with the inclusion of perennial herbaceous species and native shrub species of the Mediterranean scrub.

In the second phase, we will instead dedicate ourselves to the specific works of the real estate complexes , external envelope and common areas inside the condominiums.

A second lot is planned, which is currently being defined, which provides for the redevelopment of the terraced complexes in via Cirronis and two buildings in via delle Ginestre .

Also foreseen is the arrangement of the facades of existing buildings, energy efficiency works. On the roof, the reclamation of asbestos cement and the introduction of photovoltaic panels are foreseen.

The main objective is to give decor and ease of maintenance to the common areas, which today appear uneven and partly neglected. In the stairwells, the complete painting of the walls was envisaged, with a chromatic differentiation between the lower and upper part: in the lower part a darker color creates "boiserie" with the dual need to embellish the wall surfaces and to allow maintenance generally concentrated in the lower parts, more subject to dirt and wear, are simpler and more affordable because they are limited in terms of extension.
