The ultras of the Sconvolts group in the crosshairs of the investigation by the Cagliari Anti-Mafia District Directorate (which hypothesizes the criminal association aimed at committing acts of violence) parade in front of the Review Court of the Sardinian capital.

The hearings before the Freedom Tribunal began on Tuesday and will continue until Friday.

The supporters' lawyers under investigation have asked for the revocation or mitigation of the measures (from prison to house arrest, but also other less afflictive measures).

On 11 July, the arrests of the Digos were triggered (five in prison, others under house arrest) on the orders of the magistrate Roberto Cau who had accepted the precautionary measure requested by prosecutor Danilo Tronci.

In the interrogations under guarantee, all the recipients of precautionary measures (33) made use of the right not to answer. Only in the next few hours will the judges dissolve the reservations on the first requests for modification of the measures.

Overall, the suspects are 36, among them also the manager of Cagliari and former rossoblù player and of the national team Andrea Cossu, who, according to the investigators, would have had a marginal role.
