"Your flight from Pisa to Cagliari is delayed." This is the message that appeared on the Ryanair app of a Sardinian passenger, returning from Tuscany. A setback that would not arouse too much curiosity if it were not for the reason: " Due to last-minute illness of the crew ," reads the screen.

Translated: you can't take off, but the airline reassures: "We are organizing a replacement crew to manage your flight". So the arrival at Mameli in Elmas is postponed by two hours, from 9:15 pm to 11:25 pm, with departure from Galileo Galilei scheduled for 10:10 pm. "They gave us a dinner voucher: 4 euros. But a slice of pizza costs 8, a drink 4", says the perplexed passenger.

Inconveniences and delays were also recorded today for those who boarded from Milan Linate and Naples in the direction of Olbia. The two EasyJet aircraft were diverted to the Cagliari airport due to strong winds, with passengers having to face the journey on a land transfer and cross the island.
