License suspended for 30 days and consequent closure for a restaurant in the historic center of Sassari .

Recently the Police had to intervene several times on the spot on the report of the residents for noises, fights, drug dealing and gatherings.

On the evening of 13 December, the agents of the Sassari Police Headquarters - Administrative Police Team - carried out checks in the room, ascertaining that all the patrons present, including the owner, have a police record . "Serious and repeated crimes against property and drug dealing".

Thus, having ascertained that the place is a regular meeting place for drug dealers and people with criminal records , and in the light of the almost daily requests for intervention from the residents, the Police Commissioner triggered the provision.

The closure of the premises, the Police Headquarters informs us, " is aimed at preventing the occurrence of potentially dangerous conditions for public order and the safety of citizens and the continuation of a situation of social danger, even in conjunction with the Christmas period with an influx pedestrian greater than citizens in the city centre".
