Castiadas mourns Francesca Frigau, one of the two centenarians of the town who died

Mourning in Castiadas for the death of one of the town's two centenarians, Francesca Frigau .

Mayor Eugenio Murgioni remembers her thus: « A strong woman, reserved and at the same time characterized by extreme sweetness and tenderness... We will miss her and her ability to give us her useful advice. Her memory will remain alive in the hearts of all of us for having been a great woman, a mother dedicated to the care and education of the family and a person of immense humanity and a spirit of sacrifice".

The news immediately spread among the villages of the town, arousing great condolences.

A few months ago Francesca Frigau celebrated her hundred years, surrounded by the affection of family and friends.
