Cagliari, asks to renew the residence permit with the false passport

The personnel of the Widespread and Foreign Crime Section of the Cagliari Flying Squad arrested a 23-year-old Gambian in possession of a counterfeit passport in his name.

The man presented himself at the counters of the Immigration Office of the Police Headquarters to renew his residence permit for subordinate work.

He then showed his passport, theoretically issued by the Republic of Gambia and in reality false, as immediately emerged from the instrumental technical checks of the forensic expert of the Scientific Police.

Hence the arrest.
