Matteo Salvini's son Federico, 19, was robbed on the street in Milan . Two North Africans attacked him, threatening him with a broken bottle .
The episode took place last Friday evening in the Pio Albergo Trivulzio area. The young man was alone when two men approached him and demanded his cell phone .
Federico, shaken by what happened, immediately warned his father who, with the escort, gave the alarm to the Police Headquarters.
Investigations to trace those responsible have been launched : the police are viewing the footage recorded by the surveillance cameras present in that area.
The mobile phone, as far as we know, was handed over to the police by a dealer the next day.
"It happened to him as, unfortunately, it happens to many in Milan," said the leader of the League, deputy prime minister and minister: "Fortunately, no one was hurt."
