Three cyclists hit and killed by a car on a provincial road
The tragedy occurred near Terlizzi. The driver of the car was also injured and alerted emergency services.

Three cyclists died in a road accident on provincial road 231 southbound near Terlizzi, in the province of Bari.
The three were hit and killed around 8:30 a.m. by a large-engined car that crashed into a guardrail after impact.
The driver, who called for help, was injured and taken to the Bari Polyclinic.
The 118 staff, however, were unable to do anything for the cyclists who died shortly after the impact.
Local police officers from Terlizzi and Ruvo di Puglia and the Carabinieri intervened on site and are investigating the incident.
