Rohingya, almeno 6.700 morti in un mese per le violenze

In un mese, dal 25 agosto al 24 settembre 2017, sono morti a causa della violenza in Myanmar, nello Stato di Rakhine, almeno 6.700 Rohingya, tra cui 730 bambini al di sotto dei 5 anni. Lo afferma un'indagine condotta da Medici Senza Frontiere (MSF) tra i rifugiati Rohingya in Bangladesh. Secondo le stime più prudenti, sui 9 mila morti accertati, nel 71,7% dei casi la causa del decesso è legata direttamente alla violenza. (Unioneonline/F)
