Massimo Zedda returned home 13 days after the serious road accident in which he was involved along a provincial road in the Oristano area.

This was announced by the Progressives regional councilor himself on his Facebook page: “At home, after almost two weeks in the hospital and two surgeries. Fortunately, only me was hurt and no one else was involved in the accident ”.

Zedda was returning from an election in the Oristano area when he ran off the road with his car, injuring his arms and face.

The former mayor of Cagliari thanks "those who gave first aid in the ambulance after the accident, the staff of the San Martino di Oristano and that of the Santissima Trinità di Cagliari, maxillofacial and orthopedics departments".

"Despite two difficult years - he writes referring to the pandemic - within the hospitals, I had confirmation of the availability and professionalism of health workers, nurses and medical staff in all the hospitals and wards where I was hospitalized".

Finally, “a heartfelt thanks to all the people who wrote to me on all online platforms, to friends and friends”.
