The operations for the assignment of technical consultancy services regarding the disastrous fire that devastated the Nautica Acqua shipyard in Olbia on 22 April, also destroying around forty boats , were concluded this afternoon.
The prosecutor Claudia Manconi has entrusted the investigations to the specialists Antonio Angelo Porcu and Federico Sommella. The suspects are 5 , defended by the lawyers Stefano Oggiano, Sebastiano Giaquinto, Giuseppe Farris, Giampaolo Murrighile, Alberto Berardi and Marco Petitta.
The consultants of the Tempio Public Prosecutor's Office will have to ascertain whether the flames started from a yacht of the Maori of Olbia and whether the fire-fighting system was efficient inside the shipyard . The lawyers representing the owners of the destroyed boats were present, assisted by the lawyers Mariano Mameli, Giovanni Azzena and Nino Vargiu.
