The first meeting between all the prosecutors of Sardinia has been held, the heads of the prosecuting magistrates of the Island have all taken into consideration the complaint (for the hypothesis of environmental disaster) on the impressive campaign of activation and construction of wind and photovoltaic plants on Sardinian territory.

The initiative of the Scientific Committee Insularity in Constitution collects the first result. The magistrates, according to what leaks from the prosecutors, have met with a first videoconference which will soon be followed by others.

The heads of the Sardinian prosecutors would have reached an initial agreement on questions of method, it is useless to proceed with different activities, the theme of the alleged irreversible damage is unique and requires a homogeneous approach. Therefore separate files, obviously, for territorial competence, but with a single working method.

This does not mean that the report of the Scientific Committee on Insularity in the Constitution will surely lead to disputes and the registration of people in the register of suspects, but it is certainly not destined to be "prematurely" archived. An important result for the Committee coordinated by Maria Antonietta Mongiu, legally assisted by the lawyer Rita Dedola.
