The third doses of the anti Covid vaccine are administered in Sardinia. On the island, booster doses exceeded 700 thousand out of almost 3.3 million doses administered overall.

Only yesterday, out of 17,556 doses administered in total, the third doses were 14,184, to which are added 1,689 first administrations and 1,683 recalls. Pediatric administrations are also growing, exceeding 29 thousand doses, of which 23 thousand first administrations.

As far as supplies are concerned, yesterday there were 52 thousand doses, of which 18 thousand were pediatric, while a further 125 thousand doses are expected by the end of the month, of which 6 thousand were pediatric.

"On vaccinations, Sardinia is maintaining a trend that recalls the highest levels recorded between the spring and summer of last year", the words of the regional health councilor, Mario Nieddu.
