New hospital, fate of Brotzu, stadium.

The skirmishes between Christian Solinas and Paolo Truzzu continue. And the mayor of Cagliari, while denying "frictions", acknowledges "diversity of views on some issues".

One certainly concerns the new Cagliari stadium, the other the fate of Brotzu.

On the location of the new hospital, however, the governor and mayor send the ball from one side to the other . And if yesterday Solinas, meeting the employees of Brotzu , said that the Region "has not perched on Sant'Elia" and that it expects from the municipality "that an area be indicated" , today Truzzu replies that the location has not been indicated because the Region has never asked for it.

«I don't have time to waste with provocations - the words of the mayor - and since last February I have been waiting for an official request, with which the characteristics of the area for the new hospital are indicated . When it arrives we will be ready to respond in a few weeks.

For the rest, Truzzu makes his intentions clear: « I have always declared myself in favor of the new hospital, as well as the expansion of Brotzu and the stadium in Sant'Elia . I'm pleased that even the president is convinced."

Again on Brotzu, yesterday, on the sidelines of a press conference convened to illustrate the new services of the municipality dedicated to the elderly and disabled: « One cannot question an excellence for the city of Cagliari and for all of Sardinia . So we build the new hospital but, in parallel, we strengthen the existing ones».
