Another tragedy on the Sassarese roads. A man originally from Olmedo died following an accident on the provincial road 42, the "Due Mari" road, in the San Marco industrial area of Alghero .

For reasons yet to be ascertained, the 43-year-old lost control of his car by crashing into a truck coming from the opposite direction . The car overturned and ended its run on the gutter.

On the spot, the 118 health workers intervened with the medical center of Alghero who tried in vain to revive him, but there was nothing to do. The death was caused by a cardiac arrest from polytrauma.
