The woods around Bono are on fire, two Canadairs are in flight

A fire broke out in the woods around Bono .

The flames developed in Su Fossu and are driven by the mistral wind.

The Regional Forestry Corps is intervening with the support of two helicopters from the operational bases of Anela and Farcana and with the SuperPuma from Fenosu . A Canadair from Olbia also arrived on the spot, while the arrival of a second aircraft of the national fleet is expected, coming from Trapani.

The fire extinguishing operations director, belonging to the Bono Forestry Corps patrol, assisted by the Benetutti forestry patrol and the Oristano Gauf, coordinates the firefighting operations. The Forestas teams and Bono's Barracelli are participating.
