Ban on access to urban areas, also known as urban daspo, for three young people recently arrested by the Flying Squad in Cagliari. The reason concerns the events that occurred on the night of Saturday 9 March, when they were responsible first for a violent robbery against a young man in Piazza Sant'Eulalia and, immediately after, for a serious assault against two frequenters of a nightclub also in the Marina.

First they were arrested, now also the urban DASPO (D.ac.ur.) issued by the Police Chief of Cagliari following the investigation carried out by the Anti-Crime Police Division, as the three young people were considered responsible for episodes of violence and serious events that endangered public safety in the city .

The measure will prohibit the three from accessing all public establishments and places of public entertainment in the metropolitan city of Cagliari and the province of South Sardinia , as well as prohibiting them from loitering in the immediate vicinity of the same, for a period of three years. The violation is punishable by imprisonment from one to three years and a fine from 10,000 to 24,000 euros.
