Swimming ban, surreal Sunday at Poetto: the restricted area is deserted

Surreal Sunday at Poetto in Cagliari in the stretch prohibited for swimming between the new Marino hospital and the area near the Octagon (excluding). The prohibited area was deserted: only a few defied the ban for a refreshing swim.

The ordinance has been in force since Friday, signed by Mayor Massimo Zedda, with a ban on bathing following the information notes from Arpas on the results of the analyses on samples taken at water quality monitoring points which revealed "the alteration of microbiological parameters ". Initially, it also concerned kilometres 5 and 6 of state road 195, the Sulcitana, where the ban on bathing was revoked yesterday .

Many doubts about the bans that do not concern adjacent stretches of sea. Discontent among the managers of kiosks and beach resorts , who see a lack of bathers during one of the summer weekends (in the hope that the situation will resolve itself soon).
