"Absolved because the fact does not exist". With the sentence, issued this afternoon by the College chaired by Mauro Pusceddu, the story, dating back to six years ago, of the three educators and a social worker - Sabina Polo, Giovanna Pintus, Carmela Porcu and Anna Laura Migheli - accused of the crime of abuse of means of coercion and discipline within the day center of Sorso where they worked.

An episode of the news that had aroused a wide echo due to the "game" that would take place in the Ced. Children tied with paper tape or locked up for hours in a dark room, these are the charges, as reported by some children and then reported. Circumstances for which the public prosecutor Maria Paola Asara had already decided to ask for acquittal because the fact was not proven. The charge of extortion against the social worker Anna Laura Migheli of “Andalas de Amistade”, person in charge of the management of the Ced has also fallen.

The lawyers Gabriella Pinna Nossai, Marco Palmieri, Pietro Fresu and Vittorio Campus supported the defense of the four women. Overall, the four declared, as in the case of Pinna Nossai, that "the evidential framework had many limits and that the nullity of the accusations had been ridden instrumentally". The civil party was represented by the lawyers Mario Spanu, Martina Pinna, Sara Dettori.
