The lawyers of the underage daughter of Francesco Rocca – the dentist from Gavoi sentenced to life imprisonment, definitively, as instigator of the murder of his wife , Dina Dore – have filed a new lawsuit against the man.

The lawyers Annamaria Busia and Francesca Calabrò summon Rocca before the judge of the court of Nuoro Cosimo Gabbani - who has set the first hearing for July 13 - with a declaration of "unworthiness to succeed" to the inheritance of the assets of his wife who died on March 26, 2008, whose sole heir is the younger daughter.

The dentist sold three-quarters of the house in Gavoi where the crime took place, despite the fact that his daughter is entitled to 50% of the property , due to Rocca's unworthiness to succeed Dina Dore's share.

Moreover, the person who bought the property never paid the girl, deprived of her share, what is due to her.

The discovery of the affair took place after an analysis of the searches relating to the properties of Francesco Rocca which include hereditary shares deriving from the death of Dina Dore . The two lawyers refer to a provision of the civil code which excludes the murderer from inheriting the victim's assets . A provision prior to the one that protects orphans of domestic crimes starting from 2018 - written by the lawyer Busia - according to which the murderer automatically falls from the list of heirs.

But two other lawsuits against Rocca are already pending in the court of Nuoro, filed by the two lawyers who protect the daughter: the one for the maintenance of the girl who calls her father to fulfill and pay the arrears, and the one on the division of the hereditary patrimony of Antonio Rocca, father of the lifer, who died a few years ago.

Judge Tiziana Longu will have to pronounce on the reconstruction of the hereditary axis and on the division between his wife Mariuccia Marchi and the children, according to the testamentary will.
