The red coral of Alghero from the depths of the sea to the edge of space. It was Lieutenant Colonel Angelo Landolfi , from the crew of Virgin Galactic's suborbital flight on June 29, who brought back an "A"-shaped red gold jewel that the aerospace doctor originally from Cagliari, but with strong ties to Alghero , he had brought with him on the mission.

This morning the jewel was delivered directly into the hands of Mayor Mario Conoci and will soon be exhibited in the city's Coral Museum.
